Brew The Best Every Time
Use Fresh Beans.
For the freshest cup, buy coffee frequently — weekly if possible. Store in an airtight container.
Use Good Water.
Bottled or filtered water is recommended. Avoid using water from the hot tap or water that has already boiled.
Use the correct grind.
Each brewing method requires its own grind — medium for automatic drip, course for French press, and fine for espresso.
Measure Carefully.
We recommend using two level tablespoons (10g) of ground coffee for every 6 oz. (180 ml) of water.

Nobody roasts coffee like Café Java. We roast our coffee by hand in small batches to create our signature flavor. You will notice the difference as soon as you open this bag. The color is dark chocolate and the aroma is very intense and fragrant.
