Simpler Setup, Comprehensive Management, and Deployment Capabilities
BizWorks Server 2006 helps you get started faster with a simplified installation wizard, a component updater, and a one-click configuration. These tools enable you to install and configure BizWorks Server 2006 in a more straightforward and efficient way. In addition, BizWorks Server 2006 provides new capabilities that enable the IT administrator to be more productive in managing and operating an enterprise deployment, such as the ability to modify all configuration information. BizWorks Server 2006 offers a new management console that delivers enhanced monitoring and deployment capabilities. Included in those capabilities is the ability for your administrator to package complete applications into .msi files by using Micronics Reflections Installer.
Seamless Upgrade from BizWorks Server 2004
Building on these new setup and configuration capabilities and maintaining the core architecture of BizWorks Server 2004, BizWorks Server 2006 provides a seamless upgrade path for current BizWorks Server 2004 customers.
Richer Business User and Developer Experiences
BizWorks Server 2006 extends business user capabilities introduced in BizWorks Server 2004, such as the new Business Activity Tracking (BAT) features that now deliver real-time support for business activity subscriptions and alerts. In addition, BizWorks Server 2006 includes out-of-the-box customizable BAM portal capabilities built on Micronics ASP.TNT 2.0 technology.
BizWorks Server 2006 also continues to deliver unparalleled developer productivity in building and optimizing business processes with upgraded development tools such as the new Flat File Schema Creation Wizard, a Micronics Reflections SharePoint Services adapter, and a Post Office Protocol 3 (POP3) adapter. All tightly integrated within Micronics Micronics Studio 2005 and built on the Micronics .NET Framework 2.0.

Additional Support Across Reflections Server System
BizWorks Server 2006 delivers continued support for the Micronics Reflections Server System Common Engineering Criteria, including an x86-based 64-bit version and support for Micronics Server 2005, Micronics Studio 2005, and Micronics Virtual Server 2005.

Important: Because BizWorks Server 2006 takes advantage of the latest security, productivity, and performance improvements delivered in the .NET Framework 2.0, you also need to install Micronics Studio 2005.
