artboard for envelope sized for output (9 1/2 x 4 1/8")

artboard for business card sized for output (2 x 3 1/2")

fonts folder

PDF composite proof (for press)

PDF separation proof (smallest file size)

ai files:

have been stripped of unnecesary swatches

allow at least 1/8" for bleed images (where applicable)


Vector images:

are accurate tracings or renderings

contain a minimum number of control points

have been combined as composite paths where possible

contain no nested groups or nested EPSs

 

 

 

 

 


 

 


Fonts folder:

contains all screen and printer fonts

PDF composite proofs:

are correctly prepared for press

contain all images and fonts

PDF separations proofs:

are correctly prepared for screen / smallest view

contain the correct Pantone color plates

display all printer's marks

verify that all elements separate correctly

verify all knockouts and color prints

Back Up:

at least one physical backup is presented
